Bio:
Ben Spanbock has been teaching writing, reading, and research courses at UC Berkeley since 2014. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in English from Reed College and a Master's Degree and Ph.D. in Literature from UC, Santa Cruz. His interests include multimodality in composition, AI image generation as a translation practice, authenticity and the digital other, and developing holistic, inquiry based pedagogical strategies that facilitate student driven discovery.
