Directions to the CWP Offices
College Writing Programs occupies two floors in Wheeler Hall. The main office and rooms 111-119 are on the upper floor. Rooms M13-M24 are on the lower floor.
To get the CWP main office in 112 Wheeler Hall and to rooms 111-119:
If you're on the north side of Wheeler (the side that faces the Main Library), stand facing Wheeler and locate the outside steps to your right. Walk up those steps, enter the building, and locate the stairs to your left. Walk up those stairs until you reach the first landing, then enter the door on your right. Follow the corridor to rooms 111-119.
If you're on the south side of Wheeler (the side that faces Sather Gate), walk up the broad steps and enter the doors that are the furthest to your left. Walk straight ahead down the hall until it reaches the opposite side of the building. Locate the stairs to your right. Walk up those stairs until you reach the first landing, then enter the door on your right. Follow the corridor to rooms 111-119.
To get to rooms M13-M24 in Wheeler Hall:
If you're on the north side of Wheeler (the side that faces the Main Library), stand facing Wheeler and locate the outside steps to your right. Walk up those steps, enter the building, and stop. Locate the door immediately to your left. Go through that door and follow the corridor to rooms M13-M24.
If you're on the south side of Wheeler (the side that faces Sather Gate), walk up the broad steps and enter the doors that are the furthest to your left. Walk straight ahead down the hall until it ends at the door that leads outside. Stop inside that door and locate the door immediately to your right. Go through the door to your right and follow the corridor to rooms M13-M24.
For wheelchair and elevator access to the CWP offices in Wheeler Hall:
Go to the north side of Wheeler (the side that faces the Main Library), face Wheeler, and locate the outside stairs to your right. Go under those stairs and enter the building's basement. As soon as you enter, locate the door immediately to your left. Go through that door, down the ramp to the elevator, and up the elevator to the CWP offices. The M3 button on the elevator takes you to the corridor leading to the main office (112 Wheeler) and to rooms 111-119. The M2 button takes you to the corridor leading to rooms M13-M24. The B button takes you back down to the basement.
